4 STEPS TO ENROLL IN ECOLAND
STEP 1. Filling out the application form
Fill in the necessary information in the application form. After you will receive an invitation to participate in the second tour of the enrollment campaign. There are limited spots available, so we ask you to treat the decision of the institution's administration with understanding.
STEP 2. Interview with the potential student
Preschoolers and future first graders are interviewed by teachers and a psychologist. Potential students of grades 2-11 take a comprehensive entrance exam to test the level of their academic prowess in certain school subjects.
STEP 3. Interview with the parents
The participation of the whole family in the educational process is very important, so an interview with parents is an important stage of admission. We invite parents to a joint meeting with a representative of the administration to answer all your questions.
STEP 4. Confirmation of the invitation to study
If your child is admitted into one of our institutions, you will need to confirm your intention to study at ECOLAND within one week and sign a study agreement. After you sign the agreement, you will receive an invoice for payment of educational services, which must be paid within five days after you receive the invoice.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO ENROLL?
To enroll in the kindergaten you’ll need:
- to fill out an application form;
- to get acquainted with our kindergarten;
- to pass an interview.
Interview with the child
During the interview a psychologist communicates with the child, who assesses the level of psychophysiological development of the child and their psycho-emotional state.
Conversation with the parents
We invite parents to an interview, during which we get acquainted and discuss important issues regarding the education and upbringing of the child in our Kindergarten (specifics of the educational process,parent’s expectations regarding the child’s studying and upbringing, cooperation with parents, feedback, etc.).
Kindergarten admission
At the time of signing the agreement, you must provide the following documents:
- application from one of the parents (should be provided together with the agreement);
- Copy of the child’s birth certificate (Ukrainian certificate or notarized Ukrainian translation);
- A copy of the ID card or passport (1, 2 pages and a page with registration) and the social security number of the parent who signs the contract.
After signing the agreement, you must provide the following documents:
- A copy of the child’s vaccination card (form F063), which can be obtained at the clinic or given to you by your pediatrician;
- A medical certificate describing the state of child’s health with testimonies from all specialists of a certain form (before admission to the child care center), which can be obtained at your pediatrician’s.
To enroll in the school you’ll need:
- to fill out an application form;
- to get acquainted with our school;
- pass the admission tests, which consist of interviews with the child and parents.
Interview with the child
During the interview, a teacher and a psychologist talk to the child and assess their learning readiness according to the following criteria:
- the level of child’s psychophysiological development (fine motor skills, speech and language development);
- cognitive processes (cognition and general awareness of their surroundings, thinking processes, state of attention, memory, imagination);
- psychoemotional state of the child;
- motivation to study;
- knowledge and academic skills (familiarity with letters and numbers);
- command of the Ukrainian language.
Based on the results of these interviews, the school reserves the right to refuse admission to the child.

We invite parents to an interview, during which we get to know each other and discuss important issues related to education at our school (specifics of the educational process, expectations regarding child’s studying, cooperation with parents, feedback, etc.).
The duration of the admission interview is up to an hour.
ЗSchool admission
The results of school admission interviews are announced a week after the last interview. Once the child’s admission have been confirmed, parents or guardians must reassert their readiness to sign a study agreement within 2 weeks.
At the time of signing the agreement, you must provide the following documents:
- application from one of the parents (should be provided together with the agreement);
- Copy of the child’s birth certificate (Ukrainian certificate or notarized Ukrainian translation);
- A copy of the ID card or passport (1, 2 pages and a page with registration) and the social security number of the parent who signs the contract.
After signing the agreement (before September 1st), you must provide the following documents:
- A copy of the child’s vaccination card (form F063), which can be obtained at the clinic or given to you by your pediatrician;
- A medical certificate describing the state of child’s health and readiness for school defining their conditions and ability to perform certain activities (form F086), which can be obtained at your pediatrician’s.
To enroll in the school you’ll need:
- to fill out an application form;
- to get a tour of our institution and get acquainted with it;
- pass the admission tests, which consist of interviews with the child and parents.

Conversation with the parents
We invite parents to an interview, during which we get to know each other and discuss important issues related to education at our school (specifics of the educational process, expectations regarding child’s studying, cooperation with parents, feedback, etc.).
The duration of the admission interview is up to an hour.
Interview with the child
During the interview, a psychologist and teachers conduct interviews with the child. The level of the student’s academic knowledge is determined via test according to the curriculum in the following subjects:
- Ukrainian language;
- ESL (English Second Language);
- Math.
Based on the results of the interviews, the institution reserves the right to refuse admission to the child.
School admission
The results of school admission interviews are announced a week after the last interview. Once the child’s admission have been confirmed, parents or guardians must reassert their readiness to sign a study agreement within 2 weeks.
At the time of signing the agreement, you must provide the following documents:
- application from one of the parents (should be provided together with the agreement);
- Copy of the child’s birth certificate (Ukrainian certificate or notarized Ukrainian translation);
- A copy of the ID card or passport (1, 2 pages and a page with registration) and the social security number of the parent who signs the contract.
- After signing the agreement (before September 1st), you must provide the following documents:
- Child’s medical card (form 026/o) from the previous educational institution;
- A copy of the child’s vaccination card (form 063/o), which can be obtained at the clinic;
- A medical certificate on the results of a mandatory preventive medical examination (form 086-1/0);
- Pupil file from the previous place of study.
Admission confirmation letter can be obtained at the reception after signing the agreement and making the payment. This letter must be submitted to the child’s last place of education for the issuance of a pupil file.
